Single Camera Production By Harrison Sanders Single camera production is a type of technique where a single camera is used during the production meaning different shots are all taken individually. However a second camera can be used for a close up shot instead of moving the original camera’s position. A single camera is often used in Sports and Sitcoms. Moving the position of the camera creates different angles for the shot. E ach shot that makes up the scene is filmed separately. (Example of single camera) Single Camera Techniques or single camera set up is a method of filmmaking production. A single camera s used on set which captures each shot and makes each scene independently. Generally single camera setup is used in productions like comedies or situation comedies, dramas and documentaries. For example, a filmmaker shooting a documentary is more likely to use a single camera in the production because its basic and keeps production cost to a minimum. Single camera set

The relationship between Sound and Moving image Sound has a major role in any moving image production. Irrespective of weather the production is a multi-million dollar Hollywood project or a high production TV drama,  small low-budget film or even an animated short the soundtrack will enhance visual image by helping to create mood meaning and illusion. The mood and pace of a scene can vary and change from simple alterations in sound. This relationship between sound and image in any production is vital to the experience the viewer receives. There are two main types of sound present in most Film productions,TV dramas, animated films or shorts. They are Diegetic & Non- Diegetic Sound. Diegetic sound is actual sound within the production universe, where the characters are able to hear it. Meets the Eye Blog. January 22nd 2018 We decided as a group to start our pre production on our final movie. We began with discussing ideas to each other for a film idea and to fill out a timescale to make sure the movie will be made on the appropriate deadline. Having a timescale done first was essential, this way we knew exactly how much time we had to work on certain jobs and tasks and when the film should be made. ---   Timescale --- Once I had the timescale planned out, we as a group began brainstorming different ideas we had for a film that we would create as our final major project. I used a site called Bubbl.com to create a mindmap for our brainstorms since its easy to follow and easy to compare the ideas we had.
